On a balmy Indian Summer’s afternoon (hopefully) trainees once again board a coach and travel across the mountains of Mid Wales to Cardigan Bay and head down the coast to Aberystwyth, for an afternoon of learning at the kind invitation of our consultant colleagues at Bronglais General Hospital. The afternoon begins with a trade exhibition and a buffet lunch. The meeting then starts at 2pm. Clinical cases are presented by staff from Bronglais General Hospital and RJAH. Short clinical papers are read but all contributions of an informal nature are invited. Take along an interesting x-ray! The afternoon is then rounded off with a fun evening at a local hotel for dinner and games.
